The background was misted, then I made all 21 cupcakes. Some of the "wrappers" were pieces of cardboard that I painted and cut to size. The rest were cut-down mini paper baking cups, colored with ink pads. The "frosting" was various circle punches cut in half. I added sprinkles and cherries to some using my colored markers. The title was printed on my computer. It was a long, tedious job, but fun!
