I am so sorry about your cousin; I will remember her in my prayers...
You've created a beautiful card to give to her with the soft, cheerful colors and that incredible image!!!!!!
I made this card for an awesome cousin of mine who has bravely been battling breast cancer for about 12 years. We just received word a few days ago that it has gone to her brain and she has started radiation treatments all the while making jokes about having a brain. Please remember her in your prayers, if you would be so kind. I took this photo last year of a beautiful Western Tanager who flew into our pear tree as I was sitting in my car getting ready to leave. He posed so sweetly for me while I grabbed my camera in the seat, even rolling down the window! I matted him on a Glidden sample paint card in Red Geranium! I usually pick up those sample cards when I go to Lowe's or Home Depot. The papers I used were given to me by a friend and I'm sorry I don't know the brand. I framed the title that I typed up with a pretty border from my Print Shop program. Added a few Queen & Company Twinkle Goosebumps to it and the corners of the yellow paper. Thank you for stopping by! Oh yes, the inside of the card says "...Sure hope I brighten your day!" I printed it on Epson Premium Presentation Paper MATTE and gave it color by inking it in with Tim Holtz Shabby Shutters, Mustard Seed and Barn Door to match the outside colors. Used the Tim Holtz inking tool with felt on it.
