When dd was a little girl she conflated the ST Patrick's Day Parade, the month, and her birthday (the 30th) into "Heather's March". The year she turned 3 her dad, in mid-March, had inadvertently left the wall calendar on April after checking a date. The next morning she came to me in tears saying "Heather's March is gone, Heather's March is gone." I thought she was afraid we had missed watching the parade so I tried reassuring her that it was still a few days away but that wasn't working. Finally she pulled me into the kitchen and showed me on the calendar. That was and easy fix and our little girl was happy again.
This is for the Gallery Inspiration challenge Round 7. This is the lo I was challenged to lift: I had an entirely different lo going and then discovered a lo I had nearly finished 2 years ago that features most of her birthdays to age 18. I had planned to do a coordinating lo about her March. So I started all over again with different everything, except the shamrocks which I had cut for the first attempt.
This is also for the Four Categories challenge (# 4 something to do with Luck) I am pretty happy with the results.
