Who doesn't love Harry Potter?? We're huge fans in our family so of course we had to make the visit to Universal Studios! Loved it!!! I used a die cut for the title but covered it with clear embossing powder, stamped all the words, stamped the flags and distressed them and of course ribbon and rub ons! I cut the circle & 9 3/4 on the cricut and heat embossed over them and used some dauber paint under the some of the stamping. . .
