OK - so not only to we love Harry Potter. . . we have total adoration for anything Tigger and Pooh! I used both Tigger and Pooh papers and then a few Tigger tags - I cut the bottom off of one to let him "hang" on the top of the photo and then fussy cut another for the Pooh side. I fussy cut the other Tiggers and flowers, cut the titles from my Cricut and then outlined them with a white pen and raised them on pop dots, then I added a few "Tiggers" to the title and a flower to the "Pooh". . . and a little sentiment.
