We were so lucky - on this trip the weather in Seattle was perfect! I used a sheet of Seattle Paper, an embossed white sheet and Navy card stock, with Gold metallic card stock. I used my Cricut to cut the title and all of the pieces - the outside edge is raised on pop dots (you can just barely see it in the pic), the background was navy and the letters are gold card stock, I stamped over the whole thing with Versa Mark and then UTEE, and then rubbed gold and blue Perfect Pearls over the top. I covered the flourish embellishments with UTEE also and used a navy Copic to add a little blue (they were just too shiny before.) And I used the die cut of the Space Needle by laying over my photo. . .
