Webb, In Memory

Layout Description
This is the first page of Webb's scrapbook. It shows one of my favorite photos of her and the marker that covers her grave.

Journaling
These pages are in memory of Webb, not an ordinary cat by any stretch of the imagination. We only think that we adopted her, I am sure she chose us! She started out living with me in Raleigh, NC but in 1995, I was hired by the US Army to work in the Pacific Rim (Hawaii, Alaska, Japan and Korea). Since Hawaii has a six-month quarantine for all animals, I just couldn't see putting her through that so my Mom took her in. They became fast friends and best buddies. Mom spoiled Webb rottten and then denied doing it! Webb loved Mom and the two of them had some wonderful times until Webb's death from cancer in 2000. I was still in Hawaii so Mom had to call and tell me the sad news. We cried for a long time.
