Title page for my BOM for a challenge on another site. Flower is bazzill...I used diamond glaze to adhere the beads and used paper effects dimensional paint for the center. For "ME" in the title, I painted that part white then stamped the letters with ink and outlined using mica powder and a blender pen. TFL!
