This is my lo for the Monthly Sketch Challenge April MSC ~ Bonus Sketch 2
My zig-zag stitch was actually done using a couching stitch to attach the bakers twine...I pierced holes where I wanted the top and bottom 'peaks' and then used sewing thread to come up through each hole, over the twine, and back down through the same hole. I like to do this instead of trying to stitch with bakers twine, because it decreases the wear and tear on the twine and keeps it from being so bulky.
