O tiny one so fresh and new...
I wonder who you'll grow to be.
how I love to talk to you,
play with you,
hold you in my arms.
I'll show you your first twinkling star,
your first flake of snow,
and the first grass of springtime.
I'll give you the colors of a rainbow
and let you touch them
with your heart's imagination.
I'll teach you that there is no dream
too big for you to follow...
no kindness too small for you to give.
I'll watch as you spread your wings and fly.
I'll be there to catch you if you fall.
I'll laugh with you,
cry with you,
grow with you.
