Ok here it is!!! And how I used everything:
*2 BAMBOO SKEWERS were made into a border with
*the BROWN POLKA DOT AND BLACK RIBBON tied to it
*BINGO CARD is used as my "cardstock" to reinforce the jornaling slide tag
*SAND PAPER was used to distress picture (went a little overboard!) and the edges of bingo card
*INDEX TAB used as the pull for the jounaling tag and also holds the begining words of journaling
*MINI GOLD BRADS-3 were used to hold hearts onto swivels and 1 on part of title on "over"
*2 LARGE GOLD BRADS used at beginning of title
*RED PAINT used to pain hearts I made by hand and also the ticket I used under the title part "over"
*MEASURING TAPE RIBBON used vertical under "grows over time"
*WALNUT INK used to dye the bamboo skewers and the tickets I used as part of title under "grows & time" AND on the edge of my photo
*LETTERS used for "you & i" and "grows over time"
*BRASS SNAP SWIVELS used to hold hearts to skewer
*4TICKETS USED-2 each under the title "grows" and "time" and 1 under "over"

Hearts made from white cardstock by freehand and painted with the red paint.
