This for the Ways to washi challenge, I used 3 different techniques. At the top I made pennants from the washi tape, I used the black film strip to add titling. I used the Bird washi tap as a frame. Bird and film washi are recollections, striped washi is from Smash. I used plain pink cardstock along with a Graphic 45 paper.
