Photo from 1978 when my oldest sister was born. This LO is for the 2013 NSB Washi Tape Challenge. Techniques used: Washi Tape 1 - page border (method #10) and background in center of large eyelets. Washi Tape 2 - Bracket borders for title (method #10). Washi Tape 3 - ruffle flower (method #9), border on journaling tag (method #10), and stamped (method #6) for title.
