The text reads:
"Reggie was my first guinea pig. I got him at the end of my senior year of high school. At the time I was dealing with the loss of many friends and had just came through a small nerves breakdown. My therapist suggested to my parents that they get me a pet. Since my mom is allergic to most animals, we went with guinea pigs: a substantial animal that my mom could still be around.
I named Reggie after my favorite singer, Elton John, who's given name was Reginald (Reggie) Dwight. Soon after we got Reggie, we decided he needed a friend."
