My take on "Vintage Shabby" as i like to call it. An altered Letter for a friend who was retiring.
I mod podged old book pages and then dry brushed gesso over the whole thing. Used my clock template and testure paste and then added the flowers and little bird on top and clock face. Bling chain is from WalMart.
