Give a Cheer
Last month we were invited to a friends photo competition inwhich we were given 6 catagories on which to base our photo entries. One of the was 'Words'. I saw this cool idea on Pinterest to create a word with shoe laces, so my kids & I put together a sneaker from each of us to make up this photo and they even coaxed our puppy to put in her paw lol! (top left).
For this layout I did a little masking with texture paste (you can find a recipe for home made texture paste in the right column of my blog) and I've also shared a step by step tutorial on my blog on how to make the little birds nest embellishment on this page. ....The papers I used are a combination of the new Bo Bunny collection called Anthem and C'est La Vie, and the zippers are actually Dusty Attic Chipboard :)
