Now do you really need to ask that question? ! They are actually ink and stain resist letters. They were one of the first things I bought just because they looked cool to me. However, I have tried to use them on several occasions and for some reason they never work out. I think that in my mind that they look too "western" or cowboy-ish. I'm from Texas but no cowboy.

What's up LD? The straps are just some suede leathers straps I found at LHS on the leather crafts section. It was packaged as a single 3 strip that I just cut a couple of prices off. Let me tell you that it is some strong _ss leather. It was tough trying to get small holes into it. Even for my drill!!
