I had 2 aunts who were wore brides. this one had 4 days to pull her entire wedding together. The ladies went to Macy's in NY and bought dresses off the rack because there was no time for alterations. my mom hated her bridesmaid dress since it was held in the back with safety pins. bride had 1 day with her new hubby before he shipped out to Burma, WWII. the journaling tells the story
