I love that pp -- and are the boots and umbrella Sil cuts or embellies? I never do the multi-layer cuts because paper piecing scares me. But this is adorable.

A few years ago I took these adorable photos of my friend's daughters playing in a spring puddle in their new rainboots. They are both just so happy in these photos and it was a blast to scrapbook too! :)
