My 2nd daughter, third child of 5, has been a Mom now for 6 years and I wanted to capture those motherhood years in one layout.
I wanted to do something unique as my daughter is an instructor & manager of a hairdressing/cosmetology school and is very much into bling, and girly things. She has passed that on to her adorable little girl as well.
So for that reason I decided to create hearts for the love they have for each other. I cut them out of the background paper and stitched around the heart hole as well at the smaller hearts and the border of the double page. Paper distressing and ink distressing played a major role in the layout too.
I used silver floral wire and glass pearl beads with some clear plastic beads that look like chrystals, to create the heart shaped beaded sprig.
