What a sweet page about your dog. I am sorry she ran away. I really like the way you cut the paper into a frame around the photos. I also love that you included your story behind the photos. Such a beautiful tribute to Ginger.
to be honest, I've never been crazy about photo papers for scrapbooking with but Justie this works well with your picture, and the bg paper worked well with it. Great job!
This layout is pictures of the first dog I ever had in my childhood. The two pictures of Ginger by herself are the original photos. The picture of me as a young boy with Ginger is a copy. Her name was Ginger and she was from a litter that my paternal Uncle's dog had. On my 2nd birthday my parents decided to buy one of the puppies as a birthday gift to me from them. She was loveable dog. My parents tried to get her to be indoor dog but she wouldn't have none of it. She was an outdoor dog for the remainder of her life. When ever I would ride my bike on the sidewalk. Ginger never liked it and would run towards me and knock me on the ground into our yard. I would always get mad at her. I guess she was being protective of me. My mom even said one time I came into the house after playing outside. My mom ask me where my hearing aid was. I told her I don't know. I couldn't find it. I was only about 4 at the time. My mom went outside search for it every where in the yard. When she went by Ginger doghouse. She was just wigging her tail and had her pawn on something. My mom wondered what she had. She lift Ginger's pawn and found my hearing aid. We had her until the neighbors started to complain about her braking. We had to get rid of her me and my brother were upset. But since my paternal grandmother wanted her. My parents decided to giver her to my grandma since she had a big yard and lived in the country. A few months later we went over to my grandma to visit and play with Ginger. She wasn't there my grandma said she went out to feed her. But realize she was gone she got loose and ran away. We never did find her. So I wanted to do a layout for her since she was part of our family.
