Journaling reads:
I was given this recipe by my friend, Latrice Garcia. Ingredients: - Cold black coffee (for me, I get a medium black coffee from Dunkin and it lasts me a few days, or refrigerated coffee from yesterday) - 2 sugar packets - Torani vanilla flavor - 1 half and half creamer - Lowfat milk - Ice You can use any cup, but I really like the 24 oz cups from Starbucks. I pour coffee up to the bottom line after I fill the cup with ice. (I don’t like a strong coffee flavor, just go by your taste, less for less of a coffee taste, more for a stronger coffee taste.) Add the creamer (adds just enough richness without adding a ton of extra calories), 2 sugar packets (again, to taste), and 1 Tbsp vanilla. Top off with lowfat milk, stir carefully and prepare yourself for a heavenly beverage.
