For a description on how to make the bowl of ice cream, please see:

http://backstoryscraps.blogspot.com/2012/09/there-is-such-thing-as-too-much-ice.html

Cut the bowl and the ice cream using a Cricut. The ice cream includes a cone, so you will need to cut it off. You could easily just cut two circles and handcut a bowl. Glue the two scoops together and coat them with Diamond Glaze (any dimensional glaze would do), leaving room at the bottom where the bowl would go. Sprinkle with clear microbeads, brush off the remaining beads and then add a few white or other colored beads as sprinkles. (These are Mini Prills from USArtquest). When the glue has dried, paint on the chocolate syrup using a Viva Pearl Pen in Brown or something similar. Punch out small circles from red paper and cut a small notch in each piece for the cherries. Glue a sliver of brown paper at the notch for the stem of the cherries. When the "syrup" has dried, glue everything together and add twine to the bowl.

The photo turns were originally silver-tone. While holding them with a pair of tweezer, heat them one at a time with a heat gun and dip them in red embossing powder. Reheated them until the powder melts. Carefully set them aside to cool before attaching them. with brads which can be colored in a similar fashion, if desired.
