THIS IS FANTASTIC! I can think of a zillion uses for it! I just wish I was at a class where you could actually demonstrate how to make it. I get lost in the written directions. By chance, is there a video demo somewhere?
This cozy creation makes anyone feel right at home! Create a 3-D presentation that truly pops thanks to the Sizzix Pop ‘n Cuts Journey collection by Karen Burniston.
Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Button, Ink, Sentiment, Twine
Without an insert in the base die, cut the Card out of patterned paper and fold along the spine of the Card, between the crease marks, to form a Card cover. Place the magnetic Pop 'n Cuts Chair Pop-Up 3-D insert inside the base die and align the center fold of the insert with the center of the base die and die-cut the Card once out of dark brown patterned paper and again out of striped patterned paper. Fold along the crease lines as shown to bring the pop-up forward. Layer the dark brown patterned paper over the Card cover to form the bottom half of the inside Card. Cut away the chair and the bottom half of the card from the striped paper and adhere to the top inside of the Card. Die-cut just the Chair out of red cardstock and adhere to the inside of the Card to the pop-up. Align the Card in the corresponding Foyer embossing folder and run through the machine. Emboss a Braided Rug on white cardstock, trim to size, embellish with ink and adhere to the floor of the foyer scene. Add color to the table, lamp and frame. If desired, add a small image to the frame to complete the scene. Embellish with a matted printed sentiment, button and twine. Finish by embellishing the Card front as desired.
