These beautiful baby girls are my uncles identical twins, Merle and Pearl. I love this photo of the girls sitting together in their lovely hand sewn christening gowns in this beautiful oversized vintage chair. I hand made the flowers using a music stamp to ink up my paper first then rolled them up. I added some sparkles and added several sewing theme embellishments, including these lovely silver Tibetan scissors. Sewing and quilting are both long time traditions that have been taught from one generation to the next in my family. I plan to add this to my Family Heritage Album.
