I recently got my DT package with the gorgeous new Limited Edition 'Sofiero' collection from Maja Design! I just love the beautiful floral elements in these papers! I wanted to mirror the scripted design in the paper collection so I added a texture design in the background using some of my home-made texture paste (recipe in the right column of my blog) and an awesome Crafters Workshop stencil I picked up on the weekend! The chipboard as always is my favourite, Dusty Attic (Corner Flourish #3, Bird Houses, Rose Vine). I also used this fun little corner flourish die cut from Cheery Lynn Designs! I just cut out a bunchof them and put them around my cut out clock to create a frilly frame (also used them in the corners of the layout).
