I created this summery card using a digital image from Crafty Secrets. I made a shaker pocket using vellum and blue sequins to emulate waves. The background was done with a Spellbinder's Impressability and texture paste. I inked it in various blues for an ombre effect. I added a few pops of red for contrast. TFL!
