Cut cardstock to size and fold in half to form a card base. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit across the card front and adhere in place. Die-cut a Victorian Cameo and Frame out of patterned paper and cardstock. Highlight the designs on the Victorian Cameo and Frame using their Thinlits dies as stenciling templates. Layer shapes and materials and attach to the card front. Trim a piece of cardstock into a banner shape and write a sentiment. Attach to the card front along with twine and jewel.
