Just came up with this when playing with my new Cricut and a borrowed cartridge. The "Peace" letters are metal, placed on top of the die-cut - but I sprayed the cardstock piece with Pewter misting spray from Tsukineko before placing the letters and adding the brads in the corners and popping up the whole piece with foam squares. I hand-embossed the foil snowflakes and used adhesive Offray ribbon to border the snowflakes. It was a fast card to create.
