Give a Cheer
I took this photo in October 2009 for the "Fall" assignment in the Get Better @ Photography group I was in at the time.
This is my example for my August Four Categories Challenge - Category One ~ Product: Transparencies. The large floral print piece is a transparency that my friend LesleyC gave me. Thank you!! I also used ghost letters for the word 'wet' in the title. The twist is to have layers on top of the transparency as well as under. I have gem brads in the centers of the brown flowers to attach the transparency to the page, and I also layered the journaling spots on top of it. I attached the ghost letters with staples, and I put drops of Glossy Accents on them to look like water droplets (detail photo attached). The butterfly is also overlapping the 'w.'
Also for a VLB Challenge to do a LO with no people in it.
The burlap ribbon was a gift from my friend Eileen (ncyankee). Thank you! I attached that with staples too. I doodled the butterfly trail with Stickles.
