I think if you make paper's that are inspired by others you should be fine. If you are just doing it for your own layouts, then you are perfectly fine. Doing it to sell, I think there are some issues depending on how close you are to the original and how you obtained your version (i.e. scanning, photographing is a no-no...). Oh, great layout too... ;)
I was wondering, does anybody know if I can get "in trouble" for making papers that look just like the popular paper brands? I mean, they are 100% digital and all, but I just started thinking and thought I should see what you guys think..
Again, amazing color combo and your PPs are GREAT! Love the LO design, but some slight drop shadows would make this pop even more, I think! You are just rockin' with the whole design thing, though! Great job!

I made all of these papers and things myself in photoshop to match a real set of papers I saw some people using. Also, this lo was inspired by one I saw by the user TessaAnn (I think that is her name..)
