I love how happy this page turned out! No title needed. No explanation- just joy! I told my son to smile and this is what I got. Sometimes eyes closed aren't the worst pictures. :)

Misted and paint dropped and circle stamped the background.
Added some banner strips of pp, washi and ribbon.
Used washi around the edges to form a playful border.
Threw on scattering of buttons.
Cool washi tape flower was a RAK from Mindy Radio (LOVE it!!)
