This is the same one I posted yesterday, only this time with more sun.
A photo from a long time ago of my son and I.There is hidden journaling you can see when the tag is pulled out.

The gold is texture paste painted with gold acrylic, bronze viva colour,then I brushed on watercolors and let them pool in the flatter areas.
The flourishes and letters are stenciled on with gloss medium,which was much easier to use and clean up. The end result though, the medium is plastic , and doesn't look as nice.
I used a lot of microbeads, some of them I brushed with the bronze paint, some also have green mica powder on them.
There is dried and pressed lavender at the bottom left of the pic,a tiny piece of thyme at the bottom right, and a rose above the big green flower. There are other types too, all are from my yard. The alphas are Tim Holtz.
This is for the Ouas challenge. I will always remember and treasure this wonderful time with my baby boy. He's all grown up now.
