I used a yellow card base. I rounded the edges. I cut the blue paper and just rounded the bottom edges. It doesn't show up but there are half circles on the front for a little pocket. I punched white circles and used grey ink to distress the edges. The inner eye is another circle punch. I used a strip of black paper to match the minion. I cut the mouth with the inch circle punch. I deliberately left off the straps of the overalls.
