Project 52: Week 28 Journal on back: Oh baby boy! Your personality is really starting to come out now! You are such a happy smiley baby UNTIL we try to take something away from you... then you scream! Not a cute one either... This is a high-pitched, ear-splitting, prehistoric bird scream! And on Wednesday you gave me a full-on POUT! I stopped you from doing something and you started whining. When I wouldn't give in, you crawled over to the couch, pulled up and put your head down in your hands! It may have been a clue to what's to come, but it was SO cute! You are still a flirt when you want and are now blowing kisses at people and waving! We had a relaxing weekend laying low at home after Grandma and Grandpa left. You and I took a nice long walk through the village, to the store and to the park where you and I played on the swings together. Love Mom

This is for a couple challenges:
- Scraplift your faves: A lift of the beautiful 'Sweet Memories' page by Renata Moni seen here:

- Cricut - Used Home Accents for the flourish and (I think) Fabulous Finds for the butterfly.
- 5 Ingredients: teal (my fave), patterned paper bg, 2 photos, buttons and paper strips
- Design Seeds: Love love loved the colors this month!!!
- Boys n Girls: boy/girl entry #2

This photo was taken on our long walk that day. I'd had him in the stroller for more than an hour and bless him, he was SO good! Just chilling, enjoying the scenery and pointing out every car and airplane he saw. So just before we went to the store, I dropped by our favorite park and let him run loose (so to speak). We slid on the slides, climbed the jungle gym, played in the grass and swang on the swings, which is when I snapped this selfie. I loved Renata's page so much and her photo was so similar to this one I couldn't not lift it! I was also really inspired by both the Design Seeds colors (I'm a sucker for teal and turquoise). And actually, I'd picked up the bg papers at the LSS in the village while we were out walking that day and they fit so well with both challenges that I had to use them! I fussy cut some of the smaller flowers like on Renata's page and used an old old old prima vine. So happy with how this turned out!

TFL!
