Linnny, you always make me smile and chuckle! Losing weight is an ongoing battle at least it has been for me! But I use to be a smoker and it took me several attempts to quit. Well one day I decided I was through with it and that was the end. No more cigarettes for me and I'm proud to say its been 17 years! So, I believe that's how it is for weight loss with me...one day I will succeed to the weight I want to be!
Walks help for sure - I've been doing anywhere from 1.5 - 3 miles several times per week to allow me to eat some of the things I cut out when I was dieting, and it works - I'm successfully maintaining my post-diet weight - try bringing an audio book or some good music with you and the time will go faster - good luck ~
Well, for the past 3 days I've been cleaning out the scrap room walk-in closets and the scrap room and trying to reorganize and purge. Well, I decided to relocate some books that I purchased this year. Ummmm, let's see, since May, I gained 2 lbs according to today's weigh-in. That is not counting the numerous pounds I gained and lost all year!!!! It appears I lost a whole lot more money than pounds :o( ..... maybe just some healthy eating a a daily walk might help. ya think!!!!!!!
