It's beautiful--I wish I could see your titles in person. You sure put a lot of time in! I also like how you layered the bling flourish in with the flowers.
I read all your techniques and I know I can't do them! I wouldn't even know how to use these things, much less how to layer them all over each other - wow you have fantastic photos which turn out to be fantastic layouts
Fabulous! I always love to read your techniques and wonder why I can't do all these wonderful things - I have most of the supplies. Even have all the H2O's and have never figured out how to use them. I make a mess. This is a wonderful picture - I loved the Roman Forum when we were there!
For this side i cut my title with my Gypsy, layered it and the painted over it with Gel Medium, then painted over that with my H2Os, then distressed the edges with my Faber Castel Pens, then layered it on a torn piece of paper - then painted over the whole thing with the gel and then made the shadows on the background with the Faber Castel Pens. I used rub on letters for Roman on the photo, and a sticker quote. All the rest is the same as the right side. . . I wanted to go with a shabby chic kind of thing so I took a tag and painted it with a Mat Gel Finish, then I painted over it with my H2Os, adhered it to my background, then painted over it again with the gel, then added the die cut of the flowers (K&Co - which I colored over with an orange Copic because it was way too pink!), painted over it again with the gel, then added a mask with molding paste I colored green with Shimmer Mist, painted over it with gel (you see there's a theme here! LOL), painted over the molding past with green Distress Ink (I thought it was too light), again with the gel!, I then took my Faber Castel Big Pens in orange and a grey/brown and shadowed all the edges (when it's wet you can rub it to get a watercolor affect), then I added the flowers, I recolored the "pink & white" flower with a little of my orange Copic again, and cut the center out to add a pink jewel, and then added more bling and a few little white rub ons.
