At first I thought this said Fuddruckers (which was a restaurant, not sure it still is in the South). Don't know that I would want to dine with alligators.
Great layout! I hope you enjoyed your visit to Fudpucker's - one of my best friends is one of the owners. I think I already told you I grew up in Ft. Walton Beach and go home to visit family every summer. I am really enjoying all your scrapbook pages showing off my old stomping grounds!
I think just because of the name you need to eat at that place! Was alligator on the menu at all. Just love the distressing you did and yes our Henri is such a sweetie - she is always thinking of others!
This is wonderful Terri! What a fun layout! I'm glad the alligator and alligator crossing die cuts worked for you - I like the way you colored them a bit to work with your papers - great idea! I would have wanted to stop here too - I love these "touristy" places. Usually tacky and not what the billboards build them up to be but this one looks like it was fun. This is perfect paper for this and the distressing is awesome.
I saw a billboard about Fudpucker's while in Florida and they claimed to have 141 alligators. I know it is touristy but I had to see it. The bar and grill was interesting and yes, they had a lot of alligators. I wanted to thank Henri Jean for the alligator and "alligator country" diecuts. They were the perfect accent to my LO. Thanks Henri!!! It was the first time I used the Prima distressing tool and I LOVE it.
