I made this tag for melissaj's Through the Seasons swap. I knew I had to make 12 tags for each season, so I went and picked up a pack of jolee's photo corners for each season (there are 12 in a package -so I had a little embellishment to use on each tag!).
I tore navy Bazzil and stamped snowflakes on it in white, then stamped the background of the tag in navy, to contrast. I wrote "Let it snow!" along the torn edge, and stuck the photo corner on the edge of the torn piece of paper.
I used a dark blue fiber with gold tinsel strands in it for a little sparkle :)
