Steampunk paper was used on the decoupage, trimmed with black lace & flat bling ribbon. Large steampunk wings added to the back of the hat with Seymour Bones placed behind the wings. A decoupage skull & a one legged crow added to the right side of the hat brim & top of hat. Spider webs & gears where added to the hat. Black & Orange Foliage was added to the top of the hat.
