Give a Cheer
This is a lift I just had to do. My inspiration was Emilia Van Den Heuvel with her gorgeous LO "PAPA, niet plagen!" found here:
For this LO I used My Mind's Eye-Twinkle Twinkle Little Boy stack.
For the hexagon background I cut out a stencil with my cricut and brushed some acrylic paint, then splashed some tumbled glass distress ink with a paintbrush. I stamped some edges with Michael's $1 stamps. I used the stylus to create the bubble effect on the colored circles.
This is a picture of my son Oliver the day he was born.
