This is a mini canvas I created inspired by Jules Verne's book " 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea". The background was created using tulle, torn pages from the book, modeling paste and sprays. I wanted it to look like something that came from deep in the sea. The flowers are all handmade and I altered the little dress form with lace, foil tape, and chain. There is a working light inside and when lit you can see images of fish as if you were looking out from the submarine. For more details, please check out my Youtube channel (Liz Russell). Thanks.
