I have visited a few European blogs and noticed they are doing a simple birthday tag (see pic#2) and putting it in a decorated paper bag! So clever. (prob. been around awhile & I'm just slow!:)
Using Maja Designs Vintage Summer Basics paper.
I distressed the clothes pin w/crackle paint & ink.
The button is vintage from grama's jar - I added the gem.
The t/l corner looks Heavily distressed - but mostly it's the shadow~
Some white lace and seam binding
