Daddy let Emilee plan Mommy's Birthday! Journaling reads: "What kind of birthday do you get when you let your 2.5 year old act as party planner? A Dora and Elmo combo party! Daddy let Emilee pick out everything for my 32nd birthday party. We had an Elmo cake and Dora decorations. Emilee was so pleased with herself and the girls at the bakery thought that Daddy was so sweet for letting her be in charge. The Scrapworks conchos are used to "house" the ribbon along side the main photo. They were bright pink so I toned them down a little with white acrylic paint, and then ended up painting almost everything on the page! The stencil numbers were traced onto PP from generic cardboard stencils from Target. TFL!
