I used silver foil cardstock to create the porthole. I got this idea from somewhere that I didn't make a note of and I will update when I see it again. The stamp set is Paper Smooches - Wicked Nauticool. Update: Feb. 9, 2014. I found it. It was Terri Johnson at papercraftingsunshine.blogspot.ca - Playtime With All Things Nauticool...Thursday, June 20, 2013. It was her cool idea for the porthole. The striped paper was stamped with an Impression Obsession - Thick Stripes background stamp.
