This is a mishmash of stamp sets but the champagne image is from Crafter's Workshop. Popcorn the Bear - Lovely Bubbly. I stamped a banner from the Maya Road - Love Chirps set first and then masked it before I added the champagne flutes. I added Wink Of Stella Clear glitter pen to the "champagne" after I colored it and went over the glasses with glossy accents. The sentiments (both inside the banner and at the bottom) are from a stamp set called Stamping Scrapping Design - Frou Frou
