Awesome - like the colors for this one and the double matting on the larger photo! Both layers are cut fancy and they look together (the brown and black layers the way they are shaped). That corner punch really looks good - you are having fun with your punches! They really dress up the layouts! Like the photo corner punch too - another one to add to my growing list!
Wow - There is so much that I love about this one - Love the layering on your main picture - all of your corner punches really add a lot of detail to this layout - the colors are perfect - We didn't see this plantation while there, but it looks like you've captured it perfectly!
Love the matting - that little touch on them just is so elegant. . .perfect for a Southern Plantation. I hate it when you get somewhere and can't get in the door! I think that's a good reason to go back! :-)
Our next plantation was St. Joseph built in 1830. It was the birthplace of H.H. Richardson, one of the most prominent architects of the 19th century. Unfortunately for us, the plantation was closed but we did manage to see the manor house and some of the sugarcane fields near it. TFL!
