This is a page for my daughter's Poppy Princess competition in the American Legion Auxiliary. My girls rode in the Independence Day Parade, worked a booth in the par, and sold glow necklaces as a fundraiser for the ALA. We all volunteered a total of 13 hours on Independence Day. The veterans at the nursing home we stopped at were happy to see the girls and receive their parade goodies.
