We had a surprise birthday party for my grandma's 90th birthday. This was the second album I had ever created and although it is not my best work it is one of my favourite works because of how much I loved her and because of how important she was to my life. It took me six months to make this 52 page album and when I gave it to her for a Christmas present as a remembrance of her birthday from that year, she cried for over half an hour. My grandma died 18 months later and that album was always on her night stand and the first thing she shared with anyone who visited her. It has now become a family heirloom that is treasured by my mom.
