I used my favorite border punch - musical notes - for the red and blue cardstock. The color scheme is lifted straight from the Go-Go's "Talk Show" album cover. I made the tags, used Martha Steward Holiday stencils for the lettering, and colored them in with a black, glitter gel pen. I kept the dots theme going, so the 2 4 X 6 photos are corner punched with dots and the two journaling tags have dots as well.
